Initial Meeting & Proposal

From the time of conception we are there. We will meet with you and listen. Tell us about your lifestyle and needs and we will design and give you not one, but a few proposals according to your budget. We will explain to you in simple terms the advantages of each progressive system. We keep you involved and informed every step of the way and we do this because we want you to know that your requests are being met as our project progresses.

Integration

Following the proposal stage and once you have decided on your caliber of system, we will work with you and your family along with your designer and general contractor to avoid any issues that may arise. We will then begin to install wiring in your home or business. We will install wiring that exceeds manufacturers speciation's and wire it to the building code and compensate with extra wiring for any possible future needs. All wiring will be trimmed/plated, as such no wiring coming out of a hole cut in drywall. From there we will install and wire your system with attention to detail and finally calibrate it to make sure you are getting the most out of your system. The biggest misconception in audio/video integration is "just because you may have sound and picture, don't assume it is hooked up correctly".

Training & Support

At the very end we will have training, this is our strength. You no longer have to feel intimidated looking at multiple remotes and equipment because we have compiled numerous tasks at a touch of a button. We sit with you and your entire family to ensure that each member is knowledgeable on the operation of the equipment. We will place your system in abnormal situations and teach you how to get back on the proper path for your listening and viewing pleasure. In addition we will follow up with you in about a week’s time and address any issues you may have.
